Our Performance
Track our progress at a glance with these gauges which show Aline East’s achievements against its key performance indicators. The gauges display a numerical rating, drawn from a list of criteria, and cover the six critical areas of quality, safety, environment, traffic management, community relations and our program.
A Series of important Milestones have been created for both of the construction seasons and our progress is monitored against these on a monthly basis.
Safety is a singularly important area for the community, travelling public and workers. The goal is to achieve an injury free project. This KPI is monitored daily and reported weekly.
This performance indicator monitors the delays the travelling public and all road users experience through the construction works on a daily basis. Our target is to limit the delay to a maximum of 5 minutes for individual delays and 10 minutes overall maximum delay.
Compliance of statutory requirements and minimising impacts on the Environment are critical to the success of this project. Clearing limits are established and maintained and the removal of trees and vegetation offset by positive initiatives, including rehabilitation and water management. This milestone is monitored weekly and reported monthly.
Engagement of the community and delivering on commitments is encouraged in all aspects of the project via consultation and direct participation with the Alliance Team.
The quality of the project is monitored and measured against a project specific Quality Plan ensuring quality of materials and work practices.
